Welcome to Galaxiem – Your Trading Galaxy ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Galaxiem mobile application ("App") and related services. By creating an account, signing in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the App.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Services Provided

The App provides market data, AI-powered trading signals, educational content, and virtual simulation features.
Some signals, forecasts, and insights are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or delays.
All content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, or trading advice.
Trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans:

Monthly:$14.99 USD

Yearly:$149.99 USD (discounted rate)

Prices are shown in USD and automatically converted to your local currency by Google Play or Apple App Store.
Subscription validation and management are securely handled via Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to your Google or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
We do not process refunds directly; refunds are subject to Google Play and App Store policies.

4. Fair Use of Logos and Brands

Company logos, brand names, and financial symbols (e.g., Tesla, Microsoft, USDTRY, BTCUSD) shown in the App are used fairly and solely for informational and educational purposes.
We do not claim affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with any third-party companies.
If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property is misused, please contact us at support@galaxiem.app.

5. User Responsibilities

Do not misuse the App for unlawful purposes, including fraud, unauthorized data scraping, or manipulation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The App may display advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. Some ads may be personalized based on your preferences and device settings.
Any use of the App that violates these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. No Financial Advice – Risk Warning

Signals, forecasts, and data provided in the App are not financial advice.
Some outputs are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies or errors. They are intended as suggestions only, not guaranteed outcomes.
We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment service provider.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You acknowledge that all trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use trusted third-party services such as RevenueCat (subscription management), Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), and Google AdMob (advertising).

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of market data, signals, or AI-generated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxiem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that use of the App complies with the laws and regulations of your country.
Access to the App may not be permitted in some jurisdictions.
